Shipping policy

We work with third-party fulfillment and shipping providers to process and deliver orders. Once an order has been shipped, responsibility for transportation, delivery times, tracking updates, and handling of the package rests with the third-party carrier.

Estimated delivery times are provided as a guideline only and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, customs processing, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances outside our control may occur.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. We are not responsible for packages that are delayed, lost, damaged, misdelivered, or otherwise affected while in the possession of a third-party shipping provider. Any claims regarding shipping issues should be submitted directly to the carrier when applicable.

By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree that shipment and delivery services are provided by independent third parties and that responsibility for the package transfers to the shipping carrier once the order has been dispatched.
